Aluminum fabrication -- 3 Main workshop for mass production government orders 
All the vessel fabrication is completed at our workshop , two in Qingdao and another one in Jinan ,our team are lot of experience and many qualified aluminum welders with certificate of CCS , they have been in the Aluminum boat building industry more than 10 years . Compare with other factory , Our three  workshop will make sure we have enough capacity for the government tenders and big mass production orders . Good delivery time as well as qualified boat .
Testing and QC controlling on every step of manufacture 

1. All the Aluminum alloy used for our boat will be comply with CCS  / DNV certificate , include the aluminum plate 5083 H116 , The best marine plate for boat building , 5183 welding wire , all the consumerable will be with Certifcate  to make sure the quality .The aluminum plate will be tested at our aluminum lab for tracking and acceptance .

2.The boat bottom and deck will undertake the water tightness for every boat to make sure no leakage , following are the standard :
The bottom compartments will be filling full water up to the deck height , and keep the pressure for 3 hours and no leakage . 
The fuel tank will be use water pressure testing for keep 0.02MPA for 2 hours and no lower .
The fuel tank compartment cover will be use water testing , The water pressure of the flushing hose is 0.2mpa; the water column flow is ≥10L/min; the flushing time is ≥3min; the distance between the nozzle and the test piece is ≤2m; the water column should be directed at the area within 0.05m on each side of the test piece.

Total vessel fit out can be completed at our workshop and contract partners , encsure the highly standard boat accessory mainly import from USA and Europe , to make sure they are reliability and lasting long time for no rusting .

A: Generally, we pack our goods with waterproof material. We can also pack the goods according to the customer's requirement.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 50-80 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and
the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we have 100% leakage test before delivery. All of our models are CE approved.
