I.Why choose our aluminum boat
1.All of our fishing & working boat hull are made of Marine-grade aluminum 5083 with China Ship Classification society ( CCS )
Aluminum is our preferred material because :
1)it is stronger and much more durable than fiberglass , or wood .
2)It is environment-friendly and can be re-used or recycled .
3) It is maintenance-friendly and can easily be replaced or repaired when damaged .
4)It is lighter than other material : This means aluminum is more fuel -efficient without sacrificing speed or power .
5).Aluminum alloy is naturally nonflammable and safer than fiberglass and wood.
6) No Rust -- Natural resistance to oxidation
2.Welding Specification :
1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for our boats .
2) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding gas & experienced qualified welders .
3) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing .
4) Solid floors
will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 600mm ."
